For the complete assessment of projects and the delivery of well-documented solutions, CEEC works with expert scientists and professionals of different specialisations — biologists, ecology specialists, ornithologists, surveyors and other associates with experience in environmental studies, field work and technical assessments.
The CEEC team has contributed to the preparation and support of a significant number of environmental assessments and studies, including more than ten Special Ecological Assessments (ΜΕΟΑ), delivering scientifically documented solutions that meet the requirements of Cypriot and European environmental legislation.

The Founder
CEEC – Cyprus Environmental and Energy Consulting Ltd was founded by Andreas Symeonides, Environmental Engineer and certified European Energy Manager (EUREM), with the aim of providing specialised advisory services in the environment, energy and sustainable development.
Andreas Symeonides is a qualified Environmental Engineer, holding a B.Eng. and M.Eng. from the Technical University of Crete (2005–2010), registered with the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and a certified Coordinator of Environmental Impact Assessment studies by the Department of Environment of the Republic of Cyprus.
Since 2010 he has worked in environmental engineering, participating in the design, environmental permitting and implementation of projects of varying scale and complexity across Cyprus.
Over the course of his career he has gained significant experience in preparing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies, in waste management, energy management, environmental compliance, environmental-impact assessment and the development of sustainable resource-management strategies.
He has coordinated and supported complex projects across different development sectors, with experience collaborating with public and private bodies, technical consultants and specialist scientists.
He has also participated in European-funded programmes, including actions under Interreg MED and Interreg Greece–Cyprus, gaining experience in connecting environmental policy, technical solutions and sustainable development.
Through the founding of CEEC, he draws on his many years of experience and expertise to offer integrated environmental and energy solutions, with an emphasis on scientific documentation, practical application and building relationships of trust with the company's clients and associates.
